Buell Ulysses XB12XP police bike



The Buell Ulysses XB12XP is latest tool for the American Police to chase criminals. The bike is fast and can travel over a variety of surfaces and terrains. Powered by the Thunderstorm 1203cc V-twin producing 103 horsepower, the Ulysses Police transfers the power to the rear wheel via Goodyear Hibrex belt drive that doesn’t need lubrication or adjustment. The Showa suspensions up front and at the back are fully adjustable. The bike weighs 215 kilos.
The Ulysses Police is based on the Buell Ulysses Adventure bike. The bike has a long travel suspension, good ground clearance and dual-purpose tyres to help it tread rough terrains. The bike is slated to hit production in August this year.
The Ulysses Police features hard-shell removable and lockable top and side cases. A tall windshield, heated hand grips, and handlebar deflectors are also part of the package. An optional emergency kit includes a siren and an LED lighting package.
