Above are the pictures of the new Vauxhall Astra. The new car will be a better design when compared with the rather boring Astras of yore and will look far more refreshing. The new car will also bear the new Griffin badge of Vauxhall. It'll be available in three and five door hatches and a hard-top convertible as well.

Nissan GT-R V-spec

If you thought that the GT-R was good enough to blow any supercar that came its way, then have a look at this - the GT-R V-spec. Nissan is working on the prototypes and the car has been spied doing the rounds around the 'Ring. And if you believe me, its reported to be an unbelievable 18 seconds faster than the stock GT-R. Mind boggling stuff!
About 100 kg lighter than the stock GT-R, the V-spec will shave off about 0.2 s from the stock GT-R's 0-100km/h sprint timing. Ferrari, beware!
